App

While dice can be rolled by clicking directly on Traits, Weapons and Powers (and rolled with force by clicking and holding), the Dice Modal allows for greater control over the dice being rolled.

From here, you can Select a Trait from your character sheet to roll an equal number of d6s. When rolling, 4, 5, and 6 count as successes, and with the exception of a Path's Key Trait, each 1 subtracts a success. Pathless characters will be given the chance to choose their Key Trait from the top of the sheet.

The modifier or MOD field found under each Trait, Weapon, and Power can be used to add or subtract dice without touching the core value of a Trait. Alternatively, you can enter a custom Dice Formula like "3d6+2" or "2d8" instead of rolling based on a Trait in the dice modal.

When Exploding Successes apply (for Mastered Traits only), each rolled 6 adds a bonus d6 in the next wave (4s and 5s still count as successes but do not add bonus dice). Every Bonus Roll after your main pool is shown as 2D dice regardless of whether your Dice Style is set to 3D Dice or 2D Dice. This is because the 3D physics roller only accepts one throw at a time; queuing another throw while the first is still resolving can crash the app, so follow-up explosion rolls use stacked 2D results instead.

We are aware

of an issue where interrupting a roll can crash the dice roller until the app is refreshed. We are actively working on a fix.

Allow Overexertion must be on to use Overexertion, with additional controls appearing on each failed dice roll after it has been enabled. With Overexertion allowed, Offer Overexert on Failure controls whether you see the prompt after a 0-success roll.

All past rolls are visible in the Roll Log.
